This bundle is for those who don't have room or need for a 1/2 hog. The following cuts are what will be in the bundle, if you have a preference on sausage (fresh ground, country, maple brown sugar, well-seasoned, and links) let us know in the comment section when placing your order otherwise you'll get a random assortment. Also let us know if you have a preference on hocks, and hams. We'll accommodate requests as long as we have the flavors of sausage and other cuts in-stock. Any of the cuts can also be replaced with sausage, if there are cuts that you don't like.
The following amounts and cuts are included:
10 pkg of sausage (~1 lb pkgs),
5 pkg bacon (~1 lb pkg),
5 pkg pork chops (2 chops per pkg),
1 pkg pork steak (2 steaks per pkg),
2 pkg sheet ribs,
1 pork hock fresh OR frozen,
1 pork loin roast (2-3lb),
1 pork shoulder roast (2-3lb), and
1 ham OR ham steaks (5lbs).
