Farm fresh whole turkeys, raised outside in a poultry tractor that is moved at least once a day for access to fresh grass. The turkeys are also given access to a turkey grain. This breed of turkey is not like those found in the stores, the white to dark meat ratio is close to even. Great for families that want an equal amount of light and dark meat. Average weight on the dressed turkeys this year was 16lbs. Note picture is from google, but our birds look similar.
